A postcard for patients and family members who may have an inherited risk of pancreatic cancer. The postcard includes a QR code that links to Pancreatic Cancer UK's online Family History Checker, which people can use to find out if they may be eligible to self-refer to have regular monitoring as part of the EUROPAC study.
