About our Made to Order range
Our Made to Order collection is created with both you and the planet in mind. Every item is produced only when ordered, preventing unnecessary waste.
When you choose something from this collection, you help us understand what matters most to our supporters.
Your purchase not only supports sustainable practices but also helps raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK’s vital work.
Paying for Made to Order items
If you have bought a Made to Order product and something else from our range you will only be charged once for postage. If you do have any questions about your payment please do get in contact with us supportercare@pancreaticcancer.org.uk
Delivery of your Made to Order items
If you have bought an item from our Made to Order collection this will be sent separately to arrive normally within 5-8 working days. It may be delivered by a courier.
Postage charges
If you buy a Made to Order item and something else from our range, you’ll only pay one postage charge of £3.95. Your items will arrive separately because they’re sent from two different UK warehouses.
Returns and refunds on Made to Order items
Please do not return Made to Order items.
If when you get your Made to Order product, if you think the wrong item has been sent or it is faulty please do get in touch with us supportercare@pancreaticcancer.org.uk
We may ask for some photos of the issue to help us deal with the problem. Then if appropriate we will sort out an exchange, replacement or refund for you.
